LTW will be exhibiting at the Community Associations Institute – New Jersey Chapter (CAI-NJ) 2026 Conference & Expo on October 15, 2026, at the New Jersey Convention & Exposition Center in Edison. It’s one of the largest trade shows for community associations. It brings together more than 1,400 community managers, board members, homeowner volunteers and property management professionals, along with over 160 exhibitors. This year’s theme is Passport to Better Living.

At CAI-NJ, LTW will talk with association leaders and property managers about how integrated access control, video surveillance and reliable wireless networks can make communities safer, simplify day-to-day operations and improve residents’ quality of life.
